AI isn't coming for HR; it's already here, and we here at goHeather are convinced it will make hiring and managing staff less prone to mistakes and, certainly, far less tedious.

Some HR service provider SaaS companies are at the forefront of AI at this very moment, with a first-to-market advantage. At least twelve innovative HR companies, listed below, are already using AI in helping their customers automate various HR processes.

1. Eightfold.ai

Eightfold.ai uses AI to provide insights into talent acquisition, hiring processes, and employee career development. By analyzing many different data points, Eightfold.ai claims it can predict the most suitable roles for candidates and employees, helping companies retain top talent and reduce hiring bias.

2. HireVue

HireVue is another HR company that is harnessing the power of AI. Their platform uses AI to analyze video interviews, assessing factors such as words, tone of voice, and facial expressions. Hirevue claims this helps to determine an applicant's suitability for a role, providing a more objective and comprehensive assessment than traditional interviews.

3.StepStone Group

StepStone's acquisition of Mya Systems, resulted in them offering an AI-powered chatbot to automate the recruitment process. The chatbot can engage with applicants, answer questions, and schedule interviews. Mya Systems claimed this improves the candidate experience and frees up valuable time for HR professionals.

4. Pymetrics

Pymetrics uses a combination of AI and neuroscience games to match candidates with jobs. According to Pymetics, their technology aims to remove bias from the hiring process, providing a fairer and more effective method of assessing candidate suitability.

5. Textio

Textio uses AI to help employers write better job descriptions. Their platform analyzes the language used in job postings and provides suggestions to attract more diverse and qualified candidates. Textio claims this can help to improve the diversity and quality of applicants.

6. XOR

XOR uses AI and automation to speed up the hiring process. According to XOR, their platform can screen candidates, schedule interviews, and answer candidate questions, making the recruitment process more efficient and effective.

7. goHeather

goHeather uses AI to automate HR documents, helping SMBs make better, more enforceable employment contracts and policies. They (we!) claim their technology can make any HR document type for any jurisdiction worldwide, backed by lawyer-made templated safeguards.

8. Entelo

Entelo uses AI to help companies find, qualify, and acquire talent. Entelo's platform uses predictive analytics to determine which candidates are most likely to change jobs and which candidates are the best fit for a particular role.

9. Harver

Harver uses AI to help companies make data-driven hiring decisions. Their technology includes pre-employment assessment tools and situational judgement tests designed to assess a candidate's fit for a role.

10. HireEZ

HireEZ uses AI to source and engage the suitable candidates for a job. Their platform can analyze job descriptions, identify the most qualified candidates, and engage those candidates with personalized outreach.

11. Skillate

Skillate uses AI to make the recruitment process more efficient. Their platform includes an AI-powered chatbot for candidate engagement, and their technology can also analyze resumes to match candidates with jobs.

12. Zoho Recruit

Zoho Recruit is a comprehensive recruiting platform that uses AI in several ways. One of its key features is semantic search resume reviews, which uses natural language processing to parse resumes, making it easier for recruiters to find the right candidates.

As AI technology continues to evolve, we can expect to see even more innovative uses of AI in the HR SaaS industry. We are looking forward to updating this blog post whenever a new AI HR company comes to market with a quality product.
