For the Starter Plan, you can cancel anytime with no commitment required. The Team Plan operates under a custom agreement, which may have different terms depending on your organization's needs.
Do you offer monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing offers a 20% discount compared to the monthly rate.
Is there a free trial? If so, what’s included?
Yes, you can "Try for Free" on the Starter Plan. Additionally, there is a specific free trial for employees with a company/org email under the Team Plan structure.
Do I need to enter a credit card to start a trial?
No, you do not need to enter a credit card to start the trial. You can sign up and test the platform immediately.
What happens if I exceed my monthly document limit?
On the Starter Plan, you are limited to 600,000 characters per month. On the Team Plan, there is no fixed cap, allowing for much higher volume scaled to your organization.
Can I purchase additional reviews without upgrading?
While the Starter plan is strictly capped, the Team plan uses pooled credits, allowing for more flexibility across multiple users without necessarily jumping to a new tier.
Do unused reviews roll over to the next month?
Starter Plan: No. Credits do not roll over and reset at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Where is my data stored?
